During the EOI period, potential investors have the ability to ask questions and learn about our business before making any final investment decisions in becoming a shareholder in Erin Living Co.
Sophisticated/Wholesale - Either $250k+ pa annual salary or $2.5mil net assets.
Retail - Doesn't pass the ‘sophisticated investor’ test, irregular investor.

Sophisticated/Wholesale investors are able to invest over $10,000k.
Retail investors are able to invest up to $10,000k.
You’ll receive shares in Erin Living Company Pty Ltd (Erin’s parent company) which entitles you to part-ownership of the company. A share certificate will be issued just like you were investing in any other private or public company. You will also get access to Shareworks. An online share register will allow you to see your investment amount and value. You will also be able to view your Share Certificate that will be registered with ASIC.
Early-stage technology businesses generally choose to consistently reinvest their capital into the growth of the business.
There may be opportunities for shareholders to sell their shares before a Company Liquidity Event.
